"Just wanted to pass on my feelings towards "Dell's". I have been riding and dealing with Motorcycle dealers for over 25 years and have ran into the good and the bad. I go out of my way to shop at Dell's and always try them first for parts or accessory needs. They treat you like they really care and are truly are concerned with what needs you may have, without giving you the impression that you are bothering them and can't wait for you to leave. I ride older bikes and have been looked and talked down to by other dealers for having such and old bike and I should buy something newer because they don't work or service bikes like mine. I recently met Mark Riggin and had a great experience. He was friendly and made me feel like one the "Guys", even took me back to show me his really cool "Ascott" without not once trying to sell or talk me into buying something. "Thanks for the help and hospitality Saturday. Railroader’s who work out on the road don’t have the ability to plan very much in advance due to our unpredictable schedules and getting the tires and work done on my Wing on my schedule was critical. That and having no way to get back to Warrensburg was a must for Saturday. I have to credit the Colonel Bob with his ability to get me fixed up all in one day and with little planning. I also have to credit the service guys and actually everybody in the store with being friendly and helpful as well. There were NO attitudes or arrogance no pressures and everybody there made my stay easy to handle. While I may not have to bring my Wing in very often Dell Power Sports has found a new person who will certainly do just that if needed and will not hesitate to recommend you to others. "I just wanted to say to all that visit dell's powersports, you will leave there very very happy. There are no words to describe how well they will treat you. Ive been to many dealers and get that hassel of pushy salemen(well not here). These guys &gals are top notch 5star is not enough ,should of been 10 star. "Here is a testimonial for your web-page. You people deserve it. On a recent road trip from Pennsylvania to Alaska, I had a rear flat tire on my Honda Goldwing, 11 miles west of Kansas City, KS on I-70. This happened on Saturday the 5th of July. I tried several Honda dealers from my cell phone and found none of them open. Meanwhile, a Kansas State trooper summoned a tow truck and the motorcycle was towed to a U-Haul on the outskirts of KC. My intent was to rent a one-way truck to Pennsylvania instead of waiting around for 2 days to find a Honda dealer to install 2 new tires. U-Haul would not allow a gasoline-operated vehicle to be transported in their trucks. The U-Haul counter person suggested a Honda dealer his family used in Missouri for me. That dealer could not do the work, but put through a conference call to Dell Powersports in Blue Springs, Missouri. After explaining my situation Dell agreed to install a new rear tire if I could get to their facility before they closed at 4:00pm. When I arrived at Dell Powersports they were standing by for my arrival. They immediately went to work on the bike. I asked for a new front tire as well since it too may have been damaged by a debris field from an accident ahead of me. The Dell team actually stayed beyond their closing hours on a 3-day holiday weekend to install the 2 new tires. The owner even offered the use of his personal vehicle while I was waiting for the work to be completed. I wouldn’t have expected this level of support from the dealer I bought my Goldwing from in Pennsylvania. What was even more impressive was the cost of the tires and labor was in keeping with the last 3 tire purchases from my dealer in Pennsylvania where I purchased the bike. In summation, this is the type of dealer we all hope to find when we purchase something. One who supports his product/s, is helpful and competent. Dell Powersports, INC. is one of those! "The service department took extra extra good care of me and my yamaha, I know a yamaha in a honda dealer, makes you wonder why. I needed some service done on my v-star and the other dealer in blue springs i wouldn't even take my kids bicycle there. So i stopped in to talk to the service department(Bob). He said no problem in taking my v-star for service. A few days later the bike is done and a job well done. Thanks again to Bob and the service department."

"i went to dells thinking i was getting a four wheeler i liked and when i got there i saw one that caught my eye. in just a few minutes they had me with the one i changed my mind for. carl was really helpful and interested in my opinion. so was the sales man sorry i cant remember his name. the whole place had a vibe that when you walk in the door was great. even the sales men that wasnt helping me was really nice. the whole crew was great me four wheeler is awesome and thanks for the expieriance"

"We purchased our Goldwing in July,05 and we love it. From the very beginning everyone was fantastic to deal with, from the salesman, to parts, and the service department. We owe a lot to you for all the great service and help you have given us over the last 3 years. If not for Gregg and his expertise our bike wouldn't look as good as it does and that 2nd place at Wing Ding 07 may not have happened. Everyone is always more than willing to take the time to listen and help us in anyway they can.
