Hello, Kansas City, I am one of the many new faces at Dell's Powersports. My goal is to make Dell’s a destination where people get great service from caring, respectful employees. I have learned a great deal over the past several years while working with my partner, Mark Riggin, and I continue to gain valuable knowledge from him. As a person, I consider myself to have strong values and morals that help guide our business. Looking through the eyes of our customers shows me where to plan improvements within our dealership.

Hi, my name is Mike Totta, better known as “Big Mike”. I started working in the Dell’s Powersports Sales department in February 2008. Having been in sales for 10 years, I really enjoy getting to know my customers. I rode Honda dirt bikes for most of my youth and now I am an avid ATV rider. As for hobbies, I enjoy fishing, cooking and spending time with my wife and two grandchildren, Cheyene and Justin.

Hey, I’m Roger Lee and I joined the Dell’s Powersports FULL THROTTLE Parts Team in March of 2009. I have 18 years experience in the motorcycle industry with Tucker Rocky in Portland, OR, and I’m a valued addition to our organization. Bench racing is one of our favorite pastimes here at Dells Powersports, and I’m good at it. Stop by to hear stories about my first bike, a 1975 XL70, and tales about my MX days in North Dakota.

Hey, ya’ll, I'm Bob Davidson. I grew up in a local rural community and took my formal education at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. Following that, Uncle Sam accepted my commission in the U.S. Army and proceeded to give me the finest Leadership, Operations, and Logistics training available anywhere in the world.

I then pursued a career in business and sales as a Citizen Soldier retiring from the Military with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During those years I sharpened my skills working first as a business consultant, then in the Insurance industry, and finally, within the automotive service field.

Everyday, I offer my 25 years experience working with thousands of customers from all cultures and economic levels. My hot buttons are Trust, Integrity, Loyalty and Team. Hello, I’m Scott Gebken, your Full Throttle Service Advisor at Dell’s Powersports, Inc. If you need service, tires, or accessory installation, bring your bike, ATV or watercraft to me. I take pride in our prompt service. In most cases you are back having FULL THROTTLE FUN the same day. Major repairs may take a few days to complete.

When not working at Dell’s I race motocross all over the country. Since the age of four I have been involved with motorcycles and I’ve been racing since 2000. Recently, I competed at Loretta Lynn’s Armature Nationals in Tennessee where I finished 20th in the nation. In addition to racing and working I also attend Metropolitan Community College at Blue River. I plan to continue my education while working at Dell’s.

I'm Tom Rowland, and I recently joined the Dell’s Powersports Service Team when I relocated back to Missouri from Arizona. My background includes thirty years in motorcycle service while working in three dealerships. My experience covers most major brands and some minor brands. Over the years I have become a Certified Tech with many manufacturers. In 1978 I was one of the first 100 registered mechanics for Honda. In addition to Honda I have certifications for BMW, Ducati, and Polaris. I have also had formal training with many others.

Motorcycles have been my hobby and career for most of my life. It is my pleasure to bring my experience and background to the Dell’s family.

Hello, my name is Clayton Hisle. I am a graduate of Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ. My major at MMI was in Honda and BMW Service. Mechanics is my passion and I take pride in making everything I work on perform at its peak efficiency. Every job has to be done correctly before I am satisfied. Bring your pride and joy to our Dell's Powersports Full Throttle Service Department and I will take pride in making it give its peak performance for you. I love riding motorcycles and ATV's, both on and off road. In addition, I burn the midnight oil with wrenches in hand, working on my 1989 Chevy Camaro that competes in the FAMP drag racing 11.70 series.
